Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You: 

• Meet the minimum state assistant teacher requirements for North Carolina, which involve holding a High School Diploma or its equivalent and the Commonwealth Childcare Credential - Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and experience within a licensed center are a big plus!
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances. 
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Your Role as an Assistant Teacher: 

We're looking for enthusiastic assistant teachers, like YOU, who are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.
